Meet the Certified Clinical Supervisors
Kristin Busco Shipley, MSW, LCSW
Kristin is a licensed clinical social worker and owner of Lighthouse Clinical Services, PLLC. She studied at Aurora University where she obtained her Bachelors (BSW) and Masters of Social Work (MSW).
Kristin has knowledge and experience in behavioral health through working at Alexian Brother’s Behavioral Hospital with children through elderly adults. Kristin has also worked in a private practice setting at The Center for Therapeutic Services & Psychodiagnostics as a therapist and as clinical supervisor for all locations.
Meggan McKean, MSW, LCSW
Cindy Fairbanks, MSW, LCSW
Cindy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 35 years of experience in the social work profession. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in 1991 and has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, families, and individuals with diverse social, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
Throughout her career, Cindy has worked in multiple school districts, providing services in both general and special education settings. Her professional experience includes crisis intervention, behavioral health, case management, supporting individuals with significant disabilities, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Cindy currently provides clinical supervision to social workers pursuing their LCSW licensure. She is passionate about mentoring and equipping developing clinicians with strong clinical judgment, ethical decision-making skills, and confidence in their professional practice. Cindy has completed specialized training in clinical supervision and incorporates a structured educational curriculum into her supervision sessions.
Cindy also has a background in biblical counseling, having previously held certification through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC), and has been a member of the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC). She offers the option of integrating a Christian perspective into clinical supervision when desired.
Meggan McKean received her bachelor’s degree in social work from Bradley University and received her MSW from University of Illinois. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois.
Ms. McKean has experience primarily working in child welfare system at DCFS and at private agencies in the Peoria area. She has also worked within the correctional system in Illinois as a mental health professional. She has been a clinical supervisor for over 4 years and is currently attending the University of Kentucky to complete her DSW/ Administrative Leadership Track.
